Come join the event on 05/25/25 to learn about diabetes. The event will be an hour long starting at 8:30 pm est and going until 9:30. While the even is aimed at teens who have type 1 diabetes, anyone is welcome to join whether you are a parent who has kids with diabetes, a newly diagnosed individual, or just someone interested in learning about this topic.
During the even you will learn:
About the two main types of diabetes: type 1 and type 2.
What the difference between these two types of diabetes is.
How to manage and treat type 1 diabetes and how to manage blood sugar levels.
What diabetic ketoacidosis is and how it can impact the body.
